Do I need an account?
No. The current CostOfOne iPhone app uses local iPhone security and encrypted local storage for the core spending workflow.
Where is my spending data stored?
Your confirmed transactions, budgets, categories, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone in encrypted app storage.
How do I remove local data?
Open Settings in CostOfOne and use Reset Local Data. Deleting the app from your iPhone also removes its local app storage from that device.
Why is voice entry unavailable?
Check that microphone and speech recognition permissions are enabled for CostOfOne in iOS Settings. Typed entry remains available if speech capture is unavailable.
